My name is Mark Coates and I have over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, having worked as both a software engineer and a manager.

I have been employed by small software houses, the Automobile Association and ICL. I have also managed teams of software developers for a major investment bank.

I have been heavily involved in testing software and also in quality control.
